Order Minimum: 24 CANDLES
Content per Case: 12 CANDLES + MAX 2 SCENTS + 1 SIZE
Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed. Our candles are made to order, and produced once payment has been received, which means there’s no refunding if the order is being canceled after the payment.
Processing time before your order ships is 2-3 weeks, subject to change depending on order volume and/or supply chain issues. Please inquire about orders of more than 300 candles as we may need more time to produce larger quantities. Rush order can be provided for an additional fee that is 25% of the total order price.
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $1000 (contiguous US).
When the package is picked up by our carrier you will receive the tracking number, from that point the delivery status is no longer within our control. You will see a tracking update once the carrier scans it at the first transit location.
We ship domestic and international orders via UPS and USPS. We ship large corporate orders via Freight carriers.
For local New York City customers we can provide our own delivery at an additional cost.

CANDLE.NYC is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once delivered, or if the shipment is refused by the addressee, please take adequate precautions to make sure your order is delivered to you safely.
Please note that shipping fees do not include any additional import fees to which international shipments may be subject, including customs, duties, or fees calculated by the import country. Customer is responsible for paying any and all import fees. CANDLE.NYC has no control over import fees or international delivery delays due to customs.
We review every potential client to assure that territories are never over saturated, but also assure our products are easily accessible to the consumer.
We reserve the right to protect ZIP codes and/or areas with active retail partners. CANDLE.NYC cannot guarantee all territory protection, but will research proximity to existing clients with each new inquiry to the best of our ability.
For an account to remain active and territories protected, an order must be placed at least once every 2 months. If an existing stockist is only ordering select collections, another stockist in the same area may order another distinctly different collection.
Prices and product design are subject to change without notice, if changes occur orders will be reconfirmed.
All replacements must be requested and approved. We do not accept returns. We will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to info@candle.nyc within 5 days of delivery. After a review of your request, a replacement will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Replacement or credit towards future purchase will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all replacement items.
