If shipping is selected, when the package is picked up by our carrier you will receive the tracking number, from that point the delivery status is no longer within our control. You will see a tracking update once the carrier scans it at the first transit location. If In-person pickup is selected, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
CANDLE.NYC is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once delivered, or if the shipment is refused by the addressee, please take adequate precautions to make sure your order is delivered to you safely.
Please note that shipping fees do not include any additional import fees to which international shipments may be subject, including customs, duties, or fees calculated by the import country. Customer is responsible for paying any and all import fees. CANDLE.NYC has no control over import fees or international delivery delays due to customs.
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase/delivery and be accompanied by a receipt for exchange or store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds. Sale/custom items are final sale. Due to the nature of our products used candles cannot be returned.
We will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage (where's also visible that candle wasn't burned) is submitted together with the proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email, store receipt) to info@candle.nyc within 5 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
