Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed. Large orders qualify for volume price discounts. Our candles are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received, which means there’s no refunding if the order is being canceled after the payment.
Processing time before your order ships is 5-10 business days. Please inquire about orders of more than 300 candles as we may need more time to produce larger quantities. Rush order can be provided for an additional fee that is 25% of the total order price.
We ship domestic and international orders via US Postal Service (USPS). Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We provide delivery tracking numbers so you can be informed when your order ships from us and when to expect its arrival.
CANDLE.NYC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered, please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely. CANDLE.NYC has no control over international delivery delays due to customs.
All replacements or refunds must be requested and approved. We do not accept returns. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery. After a review of your request, a replacement will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Replacement or credit towards future purchase will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
